Our Story

When I began working in a health food & supplement store, I found myself feeling pain and sensations in locations of my body correlating to the person with whom I was working. I tried avoiding physical contact because I didn’t understand what I referred to as weird, intuitive gifts that were opening to me. I quickly realized that even without physical touch, the sensations, verbal, and visual messages still came. I met a gentleman while working one day in 2004 that forever changed my life. He had heard about me from a friend and my struggle to understand what was happening to me. He gave me a book and invited me to meet with him to discuss Reiki and how energetic awareness could help me turn my intuitive gift on and off at will. I went on to study with him and others, and am now a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. I had a fairly good understanding of nutrition and herbs as a Naturopathic Counselor, but I knew I needed to learn more in order to really help others. I needed to learn how the anatomy worked, how all the systems work together holistically. It has been an amazing journey that I am excited to share with you. I am currently working to complete my PhD in NaturOrthopathic Medicine, expecting to graduate in fall 2018.

I opened the Healing Garden in March 2016 to bring all of this together. My clients vary in need; pain management, digestive health, weight management, mood stabilization, hormone balancing for both males and females, and so much more. Through my connection with my Guides, Reiki, and my studies, I hope to help you heal yourself as you better understand the mysteries of the Mind, Body and Self.
