This is going to get a little controversial, but it needs to be said... the whole self-help industry is so selfish...
"How can YOU be happy?"
"What are the 5 steps YOU need to take to be successful?"
But, what about the person next to you?
"What are the 5 steps you can do to help the person next to you be healthier?"
"What are the 7 steps you could follow to help the person next you be more successful?
Think about this.... you can be excited because you reached a new physical goal. You might experience happiness because you beat your last PR or because you were awarded for your diligence at work, but you know how you REALLY feel FULFILLED?
When you do something for someone else!
That's exactly what you've done and I want you to FEEL the joy in knowing people's lives are being changed because of YOUR support of The OMNI FIT through our partners at SERV International.
Many times corporate giving can feel really far away....like, "do these people REALLY exist?"
I mean, there are so many needs and so many people asking for support that it can feel overwhelming.
So, we wanted to share a personal story with you about a REAL woman named Alice that has been impacted by YOUR generosity.
MEET ALICE:
Alice Edung, like many older Turkana people in the small village of Tiya in Kenya, doesnโt know her age.
โI have been hungry since I was little,โ she admits. She didnโt know where her next meal was coming from until SERV arrived with a distribution of bags of a vitamin-enriched blend of lentils and dried vegetables.
"SERV has helped people to have more life. It is nutritious food."
SERV has committed to providing food, water, shelter and life to the people of Lodwar, area Turkana villages and, now, to the people like Alice in the village of Tiya.
