✨ A huge thank you to the talented students and dedicated parents who brought their children and families to Dover Place on a school night to perform for the residents! We ALL want to learn how to be an Irish Step Dancer! We loved the 🎵 music, 👗 costumes, 😊 sincere smiles, 💝 sweet attitudes, and 🩰 incredible skills to dance! 🎲 John Dickerson Plantation Outreach Program: Generations Coming Together!

The John Dickerson Plantation Outreach Program recently brought generations together for “Timeless Games”—and it was truly magical!

Our Dover Place residents and the wonderful Student Lighthouse Team from W. Reily Brown Elementary shared games, stories, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We loved spending time with the students, learning together, and sharing some of our favorite pastimes with such enthusiastic young friends.

Moments like these remind us how special it is when generations come together to connect, learn, and have fun! 💙

It’s Slam the Scam Day! 🛡️

We’re grateful to the Delaware Senior Medicare Patrol for providing an informative presentation on fraud prevention for the residents at Dover Place. Our residents learned valuable tips on how to recognize common scams, spot red flags, and verify caller information to help protect their personal information and finances.

Education and awareness are some of the best tools we have to stay safe. A big thank you to the Delaware Senior Medicare Patrol for empowering our community with the knowledge to help Slam the Scam! 💪

What a delightful adventure we had at the Little School Kids Cottage! There's something truly enchanting about stepping back into the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss—the playful rhymes, the imaginative creatures, and the timeless lessons that captured our hearts (and our children's!) for generations.
These beloved stories remind us why story time is so much more than just reading. It's about creating magical memories, sparking imagination, and sharing the joy of reading together.

Oh Snow, Please Go! Until Then, We’ll Make the Best of It! ❄️✨

A huge thank you to Janet and her sweet pup Gretchen for hosting our amazing snowflake banner painting class! 🎨🐾

Our beautiful handmade snowflake banners are now hanging proudly on our apartment doors—a sweet reminder that “With this WINTER, we will be GRATEFUL for this SPRING!” 🌸

What a perfect way to embrace the season while looking forward to the warmer, brighter days ahead! We are so grateful for community members like you who bring us together, spark creativity, and inspire gratitude during these chilly months. 💙
