Cheers to my very first hula hoop — the one that started all the wobbling, giggles, and “wait… how do I do this?!” moments. I had no idea what I was doing, but those carefree days of spinning in the yard and dropping it every two seconds were pure magic.

Here’s to messy beginnings and hoops that started whole adventures. 💛

I still remember the day I got my first MoodHoop my BFF got it for me for christmas. Suddenly my practice wasn’t just movement… it was light, color, and pure magic.

That glow transformed my flow in ways I never expected — helping me find confidence, creativity, and joy in every spin.
These are a few of my favorite memories from those early LED nights. Here’s to the light that keeps us moving. 💫

I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to all the incredible hoop performers and teachers I’ve followed on my personal page over the years. 🙏

I encourage you to find hula hoop artists whose style and energy you jive with — those are the people you’ll learn the most from. ✨

I do not know these amazing people personally but if you would like that list of talented people message directly.

They have been an inspiration to watch and learn from — truly inspiring artists who have shaped my own hoop journey. This is not an exhaustive list.

If it weren’t for the wonderful humans in the hoop community and a number of YouTube videos, too. I wouldn’t be the hooper or hula hoop teacher I am today. ❤️
