Empty Presence Circle - All Welcome

Empty Presence is a practice that appears simple, yet unfolds as a lifelong cultivation.
In a world of increasing intensity, stimulation, and noise, this practice becomes not only supportive but essential. It is a way of remembering how to return to ourselves when the outer world feels loud, demanding, or overwhelming.
Empty Presence invites us to gently empty the mind and allow consciousness to descend into the heart and energetic womb/lower dantian. From here, we practice becoming receptive and available to be met by life itself, by the deeper currents of truth that cannot be accessed through effort or thought. To be met by the primordial Mother.
In this temple experience, we will practice returning again and again to a place of inner stillness. A place that is quiet, spacious, and receptive. A place where we do not need to know, fix, or strive but to simply be present.
Through breath, guided meditation, and gentle, intuitive movement, we will work with our own energy to soften the nervous system and deepen our capacity to remain open and empty within.
This is not about doing the practice “right,” but about remembering your body as a temple and gently guiding your awareness back home.
