لما أي شركة ناشئة بتبدأ، بيكون قدامها تحدي كبير: إزاي تركز كل مواردك على بناء منتج قوي وخدمة حقيقية للعميل، وفي نفس الوقت يكون عندك وجود رسمي قدام الناس.

إحنا في HealthTom(شركة أمريكية مسجلة في ولاية ديلاوير) اخترنا نبدأ بخطوة عملية جدًا زي كتير من الشركات الناشئة حوالين العالم: Virtual Office.
الخدمة دي ببساطة بتديك عنوان رسمي للشركة، بريد يتسلم هناك، ولو محتاج تستعمل المكتب أو تقابل عميل بيكون عندك أيام أو ساعات محدودة. الفكرة إنها وسيلة عملية في البداية علشان تركز على الأساسيات.

وطبيعي جدًا إن المكتب يبقى رمزي أكتر منه مكان شغل يومي، لأن معظم الفريق بيشتغل معانا Full Remote من مدن ودول مختلفة. التجربة دي في الحقيقة كانت من أهم أسباب نجاحنا في بناء تكنولوجيا قوية، على عكس شركات تانية ركزت على الشكل الخارجي والدعاية، وفي المقابل دخلت في قروض وديون بس علشان تدفع مرتبات أو تحافظ على صورة.

وعلى فكرة، ده مش أسلوبنا لوحدنا. شركات عالمية كبيرة بدأت بنفس الطريقة:

GitLab واحدة من أكبر شركات البرمجيات في العالم بدأت بدون أي مكتب، وفريقها كله Remote.

Automattic (WordPress.com) من أول يوم قررت تكون Fully Remote، والنهاردة بتخدم ملايين المواقع عالميًا.

في النهاية، اللي بيصنع الفرق مش شكل المدخل ولا حجم المكتب…
اللي يفرق فعلًا هو:

- الفريق اللي ورا المشروع

- الشغل اللي بيتعمل

- والنتائج اللي العميل بيوصلها ويستفيد منها
