Tea & Yoga for the Nervous System 🌿🍵
Join herbalist and yoga instructor Brenna Lilly of for a two-hour practice of herbal nourishment and mindful movement.
We’ll begin by sipping a cup of hand-blended herbal tea while exploring how herbs can support self-soothing and regulation. From there, we’ll ease into gentle and yin yoga - moving between flow and stillness to calm the body and steady the mind.
✨ No herbalism or yoga experience needed - just come as you are.
