it is as good a time as ever to release on christmas eve to you all my big announcement....

i am back from india and re-opening my doors in 2017 to see patients again.

things have been a little jostled around as far as my plans go and i've been rolling with the punches, one punch i am rolling with is beginning another internship come february working towards becoming a clinical ayurvedic specialist which means working more in-depth with different diseases, whether they are physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

i look forward to sharing my journey once again with everyone and joining you on your journey.
