Located in Tuscarawas County, Be Yoga Studios, LLC offers Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Barre, and some other classes. Our hot yoga classes are heated to about 90 degrees to help increase flexibility and detoxify your muscles and organs. Our classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance for your body, mind and spirit. We offer several types of yoga for those looking for something gen

Enrolling in yoga teacher training was one of the best decisions I have ever done. We are about to begin our 6th training program this Friday and I am SO excited for this group.
I keep these classes small so we have the opportunity to really explore and dive deep into the heart of Yoga.
If you’re interested in our next session, it will be in 2027. Keep your eye out and please let me know if you’d like more info.
Stay tuned for their community classes in a few months! These are a great way to support the teachers and see if you’d be interested in training, too.

I just looked and our waitlisted class has had some cancellations (likely due to the beautiful day) but this is a the perfect opportunity for anyone that hasn’t had a chance to try it out.
We also have spots in the Roll and Stretch class and lots of great classes the rest of the week. Make time for your wellness!

Our Be Yogasara Vinyasa Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training kicks off April 24, 2026, and we have a few spots left for those ready to say YES.

🧘‍♀️ What to expect:
• A Yoga Alliance registered program
• A supportive, welcoming community
• Deep dives into asana, anatomy, philosophy & teaching methodology
• Personal growth and ready to lead classes with confidence

📅 Schedule Highlights:
• Begins: April 24
• Meets mostly 2 weekends/month (with a few variations) on Fridays and Sundays and some Saturdays in June/July
• Fridays: 8:15 AM – 2:15 PM
• Saturdays and/or Sundays: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Program wraps before November

Whether you want to teach or simply transform your own practice, this training is designed to meet you where you are—and expand what’s possible.
