✨ Be Yoga Challenge Day 3 – Today’s Prompt ✨

Today, we invite you to pause and choose the second way.
Take a few quiet moments to reflect:
• What are three things you’re grateful for today?
• What makes today special, even in a small way?
• Right now… what does your body need most?
Then, settle into this gratitude-centered pranayama:
🌬 Three-Part Gratitude Breath
•Sit or lie down comfortably.
•Soften your shoulders and jaw.
•Inhale slowly through the nose, filling the belly, ribs, and chest.
•Pause briefly at the top of the breath and silently name one thing you’re grateful for.
•Exhale gently through the nose, releasing any tension.
•Repeat for 5–7 rounds, choosing a new point of gratitude with each inhale.
Gratitude doesn’t require perfection or positivity at all costs. Sometimes it’s simply noticing what is—the breath you’re taking, the body that carries you, the community that supports you.
If it feels right, write it down. If it feels right, share it. And if it feels right, just hold it gently within.
