A Different Way to Write Insurance
DC Home Doctor Insurance Agency was started by Corey and Diego in 2018. They have both been licensed Public Insurance Adjusters for some time. Public Adjusters help homeowners file complex claims and help them prevent from falling into many traps that could cause them to loose coverage or get denied on their claims.
Through their Public Adjusting firm Corey and Diego saw that many homeowners had poorly written insurance policies that prevented them from recovering their losses when all of their neighbors were getting covered. This did not sit well with them as these homeowners had been paying their premiums for many years. Corey and Diego started by informing homeowners of their coverage issues as part of the claims process but they wanted to do more to help the people with these poor policies before it was too late.
This is when Corey and Diego formed DC Home Doctor Insurance Agency. With their extensive knowledge of the claims process and inner workings of each insurance provider, Corey and Diego started an Independent Insurance Agency selling many of the providers that they had come to respect for their fair dealings with customers.
