To the brave new moms just beginning the journey,
To those who have never known a mother’s love but give it freely anyway,
To the mothers who have lost children and carry silent grief with grace,
To the fur moms who nurture with warmth and care,
To the bonus moms who chose to love children not born of them,
To the moms who’ve lost their own moms and carry their memory forward,
To the women who mother others through mentorship, friendship, and compassion,

Mamas, You are doing a Fantastic Job! 💜

And remember you are NOT alone!

Help educate yourself and others. See below. Please reach out if needed.

May. Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month.

May. May you know you are not alone and supported.

May. May you be informed, knowledgeable, and empowered to seek help should you need it….in addition to all the above, OCD, PTSD Psychosis and Antenatal (ie during pregnancy!) Mental Health Disorders are treatable, temporary and NOT a result of anything you are doing or did wrong ❤️

May. May we raise awareness by sharing our stories, lifting each other up and shining a light so no one needs to silently suffer.

Share with a pregnant or new mama in your life and let them know they are doing an amazing job! ❤️
