Greetings 👋 friends and family members, as many of you know that I have been(Rehabon Physical Therapy) physical therapist for two decades(💾📟☎️ yes my brain is hurting just thinking about it).

I have seen many patients suffer from joint pain and muscles aches. First Aid for any injury or chronic pain is RICE(Rest, Ice(freezpain, Compression, Elevation).
