One of our customers had a patient who loved the fit of her dentures. But, over time, they wore down, and her bite collapsed a bit.

Luckily, her doctor had Trios scanner, and we talked through the reference denture workflow.

The dentures were scanned in the office, and the file sent to our lab.

We then opened the bite and designed the new dentures.

First was a monolithic try in that required ZERO adjustments. This is the final result.

🙌 And, it was all done in 3 visits. Scan of the dentures, monolithic try in, and final delivery.

📸 We don't always get photos of final smiles once cases are complete, but we love when we do!

❤ Shoutout to the incredible work of one our favorite doctors, Dr. K in Wisconsin, who just completed this beautiful full-mouth case with us.

The final result is stunning, considering the initial complexities - including reestablishing vertical dimension and correcting rotated teeth, to name just a few.

Seeing the difference we can make together for a patient is the ultimate reward, and it's why we do what we do!

New case, incoming 🚀

🙌 Check out one of our latest cases, and a fun one for us, for sure!

👉 Here we have a full-arch case with a full zirconia sleeve over a titanium bar.

The patient had an existing locator denture, but wanted to convert to a fixed option.

Once he had additional implants placed, we stepped in to make the final product.

We started with photogrammetry and intra-oral scans to fabricate the direct-to-MUA temp.

Once the try in was approved, we split the bar out from the design file and milled the bar and zirconia.

We can't wait to hear back from the doctor and patient and see what the final smile looks like!
