Downers Grove is turning GREEN this May in support of mental health!

We’re proud to partner with grit2 for a month full of community events that spotlight the importance of mental wellness. From green ribbons to inspiring speakers and engaging challenges, there’s something for everyone.

✨ Join us on Saturday, May 17th at 11 AM in Fischel Park in Downers Grove for a FREE Intro to Mat Pilates class with MBS Pilates - a mindful movement event supporting mental health for all. 🧘‍♀️ Mats are provided!

We are heartbroken to share that Ralph, a beloved member of our MBS community and Amy’s closest friend and co-parent, passed away unexpectedly this week. Ralph was not only a devoted father, but also a kind and familiar presence at the studio. His loss is deeply felt by all of us who had the chance to know him.
In honor of Ralph and in support of Amy, MBS will be closed on Monday, May 5th, so that we may attend services and be there for her during this incredibly difficult time.
Services will be held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Hallowell & James Funeral Home in Countryside. All are welcome to attend and support Amy and her family.
