Starting the day at The Grove Express with our MBS crew reminded me how lucky I am. Watching our staff and clients show up together with so much energy, support, and joy felt so special. This community gives me purpose. You bring strength to each class, encouragement to each other, and a sense of belonging that you can feel the moment you walk in. I feel grateful for every client who trusts us with their movement and every instructor who gives their best with so much heart. You make MBS what it is, and I never take that for granted.
