The patient came to us with diastasis and stretch marks, as well as a large lower abdominal pannus after significant weight loss.

We performed an extended abdominoplasty with re**us diastasis repair with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls. We used the drainless technique and Exparel for better postoperative pain control.
