Just a reminder to stay hydrated with water AND electrolytes!! A lot of people come in to me with a massive jug of water and c/o cramping that is due to flushing out electrolytes from their system. Great to stay hydrated, just don’t forget about the other essentials 🤍 There are many options out there, but these are my go to’s…. what has worked great for me!

Looking back through photos, and wanted to share this one ☀️🙏🏼

I was waking up and laying with my fur babies with one at my head & had my head tilted
My body went into full body stretch mode and a vertebrae in my neck popped (loudly) out of place. I then had shooting pain down my neck and arm.
I worked on it as I could before work, but then had massages to do all day. Gotta do what ya gotta do right
After I left work, I called my mom up (who also does massage) and she made a massive difference through massage/traction/gentle passive stretching

I tried to sleep flat on my back with no pillow that night

I then used these interventions the next day:

Cervical traction pillow
Hot pack
Gentle stretching
Massage with emphasis on trigger point work
Theracane
Vibrational neck pillow

These combined worked on loosening the muscles, creating space between the vertebral disks, easing everything back into the right place

I was able to totally get rid of the pain in a few days 🙌🏼

That’s my long story short and hope sharing it helps someone else

Why would I keep working even if I won the lottery and never had to again?

The short answer:

I love what I do, and I was given the gifts I have to use them. I am grateful for the abilities and calling I have been given 🙏🏼

I love to help others, and I feel I can best do this through massage, pt & coaching 🙌🏼

I love the variety of my work, yet it all ties in together and focuses on health ❤️

As they say, if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.

Well, I’ve definitely worked LOL but most days don’t feel like it 🤍

I changed my pricing for month to month training to help give more options as far as days to train with me vs on your own and make it more affordable!
