This patient is in her mid-20s. She presented to our office for symptomatic macromastia. She wore a 32J bra prior to surgery. She was experiencing chronic and severe shoulder, neck, and upper back pain. She tried many interventions without relief. She was a great candidate for a breast reduction. Her post-op photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
