This patient is in her mid-60s. She presented to our office for a possible breast implant exchange or implant removal with lift. She had her original augmentation in 2002. She was bothered by the sagging and feeling like her implants were out of place. She was looking for them to be more uplifted and smaller. It was agreed that the best surgery would be implant removal and breast lift. Her photos were taken 4 months after surgery.

This patient is in her upper 40s. She presented to our office for a tummy tuck. She had a significant weigh loss of almost 100 lbs! The abdominal skin excess and laxity was very uncomfortable and becoming more prominent with weight loss. She was a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction to the abdomen and flanks.
