Some may experience low back and glute pain from prolonged sitting. This may be due to weakened glute muscles (gluteus med & piriformis) and tightened hip flexors (psoas, re**us femoris, and iliacus muscles). Having weakened glutes can affect our posture and cause back pain as well.
