👋 Meet Dolores Grajeda, MA, BCBA, LMFT:
Dolores brings over two decades of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her journey in 2001 and has a special passion for supporting nonverbal clients and helping families navigate complex dynamics. Her dual background in counseling and ABA gives her a unique and compassionate approach to care that truly makes an impact.

👋 Meet Crystal Lucatero, MS, BCBA:
Crystal discovered her love for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavior Technician over ten years ago and quickly found her calling in helping families through compassionate care. Since 2013, she has been a part of the ALP Inland Empire team, committed to providing the highest level of care. She’s especially passionate about mentoring the next generation of ABA professionals and upholding ALP’s mission every step of the way.
