2026 is here, and tomorrow we kick off our first Quarterly Fitness Assessment of the year.

This assessment gives you a clear snapshot of where your fitness stands and helps set the direction for what you should focus on improving throughout the year.
•
Weigh-ins begin at 8:45 AM. Please arrive on time.
•
The assessment will include:
• Pull-ups
• Squats
• Bench press
• Deadlifts
• 2-mile run (to conclude)
•
All reps must meet the standard. Any questionable reps will not count.
•
To progress to the next category, all prerequisites must be completed before advancing, with the exception of the run. This structure is in place to keep everyone safe while testing.

We’re excited to see everyone’s numbers and, more importantly, to track your progress over the year. Show up ready, give your best effort, and let’s set the tone for 2026.
