💥 6 WEEK BRING-A-FRIEND EVENT 💥
Pledge Fam — do you know someone who has been wanting to start working out but feels intimidated or unsure where to begin?
For the next 6 weeks, you can bring a friend or family member to train with you for FREE.
The goal is simple:
After six weeks, your guest should feel more confident, stronger, and realize that getting fit does not have to be complicated or scary.
📅 Fridays – 9 AM (Strength Training)
📅 Saturdays – 9 AM (Conditioning)
🗓 March 6 – April 11
Friday classes will focus on building strength, while Saturdays will focus on conditioning and overall fitness.
All workouts will be modified to match each person’s fitness level, so your guest does not need experience to get started.
Sometimes the hardest part of starting a fitness journey is walking into a gym alone.
This gives people the opportunity to start alongside someone they already trust.
If someone in your life comes to mind — a friend, family member, or coworker who has been wanting to get started — this would be a great time to invite them to join you.
