The next Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Training in Philadelphia begins February 2026! I’m thrilled to be part of the Philadelphia SE Training team alongside Andrea Kochera, co-coordinator, and Sean Frankino, Faculty of Somatic Experiencing International.

Leading up to the training, we’re offering a free webinar and two SE Basics workshops for those curious to experience SE before committing to the 3-year professional program.

Meet Sean Frankino, LCSW, ESQ, SEP our SE faculty for Philadelphia:
Learn SE in the Birthplace of Liberty
Are you looking for a wonderful and historic place to learn SE within the context of an experienced and thoughtful training team? SE Philadelphia has been offering trainings since 2017. As a result, a vibrant and diverse community of SE assistants and graduates has emerged.
We would love for you to come join our community! A new training will be starting September 12-15th, 2025. The training will take place on the historic and bucolic campus of Temple University Ambler, conveniently located just outside of the city limits.
We have a sophisticated team of twenty assistants in place to support you. They represent diverse backgrounds: social work, psychology, massage, physical therapy with training in IFS, AEDP, EFT, EMDR, social justice, touch work, energy work, and much more!

CEUs are also available for many counseling and therapy professionals including ASWB ACE, NCCAOM, NAADAC, NCBTMB, the PA State Board of Psychology, and several NY Boards which cover NJ and DE Psychologists, Counselors, and MFTs.
