Said one of the attendees at my breathwork class yesterday. She had walked into class with pretty significant upper right quadrant abdominal pain and nausea. She said it had been going on for a while and she was working with a doctor and a naturopath. She wasnt sure how much of the class she could do and kept holding her belly and pushing and massaging due to the discomfort. But she did the class.
At the end, she said she thought she was able to pass a gall stone and the pain and nausea were completely resolved.

I love when that happens.
The body has an incredible ability to heal. We just need to provide the right environment for it to do so.
