Our next session of Uniquely Abled Fitness at CrossFit RockSolid starts January 11! UAF seeks to provide fun, fitness opportunities for youth and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We offer four class times:
- Sundays at 10:30 AM
- Sundays at 11:30 AM
- Mondays at 6:30 PM
- Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
