Our practice provides one-to-one nutrition counseling, weight management programs, sports nutrition, counseling for disordered and emotional eating including a school-based Intensive outpatient eating disorder program, sports nutrition, thyroid health, GI gut health support, cardiovascular disease, and consultant services for employer based weight management and wellness programs, and family-based nutrition services. Most insurances accepted. Keystone and Personal Choice holders have no co-pay and six free visits a year. Medicare, United, Cigna, Highmark, Independence Administrators, Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sliding scale fees available based on eligibility. Non-profit packages available for employer based and community outreach programs. We believe health is right and health services should be affordable!

Who else loves a chill weekend to reset? 🏠✨
We’re leaning into the stay-at-home vibes this weekend—catching up on shows, watching the snow from inside, staying warm by the fire, and getting intentional with our food.

On the menu today:
🥗 Lunch: Cheesesteak Bowls! We used shaved sirloin, caramelized onions, and tossed in leftover carrots and green beans from last night’s dinner. (Pro tip: leftovers are a meal prepper's best friend!)

🍮 Dessert: "Cookie Dough" Pudding. 1 packet SF vanilla pudding + 1 cup almond milk + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Topped with chips. 🍫

🍔 Dinner: Grass-fed smash burgers over a big bed of greens with plenty of pickles. It was so good we forgot to take a photo!

Routine doesn’t have to be boring; it’s what makes healthy living feel relaxing.
