Qualifying for the Boston Marathon is no small feat. It requires months (and often years) of consistent training, discipline, and resilience. It’s one of the most prestigious races in the world. Earning a spot on that starting line is an accomplishment in itself.

Our very own, Ryann Hall, will be running the Boston Marathon this Monday, April 20!

Ryann will be starting in Wave 3 at 10:28am, wearing bib #15406.

We always hear talk around the gym about VO2 max testing, if you haven’t had the time to stop and ask here is where to start: “What does the VO2 max test actually measure?”
It’s basically measuring how good your body is at taking in oxygen, moving it where it needs to go, and using it for energy.
It’s not just how hard you can work—
it’s how well your body supports that work.

That’s what VO₂ Max measures.
