🔥 3 Core Exercises You Need in Your Routine 🔥
If you want better posture, less back pain, and stronger lifts… start with your CORE. These 3 moves are simple, effective, and PT-approved:

1️⃣ Dead Bugs
3 sets × 8–12 reps/side
→ Teaches true core control + protects your low back

2️⃣ Plank Pull-Through (with weight)
3 sets × 10–12 reps
→ Builds anti-rotation strength for real-world stability

💆‍♀️ Our social media manager, Anya, got a much-needed tune-up! 💥
After spending hours on the phone (like most of us 😅), her neck and traps were feeling the strain, so our PTs stepped in with manual therapy, cupping, and a neck manipulation to get things moving again.
