✨ HEAL FASTER. FEEL BETTER. ✨

I just used my Class 4 pulsed cold laser on a bone bruise - and this is one of my favorite tools in the clinic for accelerating healing at a cellular level.

This isn’t just “light therapy”… it’s targeted, high-powered healing.

💡 Here’s what it does:• Increases circulation to injured tissue• Stimulates the mitochondria to produce more ATP (cellular energy for healing)• Speeds up cellular repair• Reduces inflammation + swelling• Calms the nervous system and decreases pain• Helps tissues regenerate more efficiently

🔥 What I use it for in practice:• Bone bruises + fractures (yes—bone healing!)• Tendon + ligament injuries• Muscle strains + trigger points• Joint pain (knees, shoulders, spine, feet)• Plantar fasciitis + foot injuries• Nerve irritation + inflammation

The pulsed technology (like Multi Radiance) allows the energy to pe*****te deeply without overheating tissue- making it both powerful AND safe.

✨I combine this with precise adjustments + soft tissue work for next-level results.

If you’re dealing with an injury that just won’t heal, this is a holistic option that really gets results!

👇 Have you ever tried cold laser therapy? Ps it’s not cold 🥶

🔥 If you’ve been doing glute strengthening exercises, those glute fibers are fired up — especially:
• Gluteus medius
• Gluteus minimus
• Upper glute max

When they stay tight, they can pull on the sacrum, compress the hip joint, and contribute to:
• Low back tension
• Lateral hip pain
• SI joint irritation
• That “deep ache” in the buttock

Foam rolling helps:
✓ Improve blood flow
✓ Reduce tone in overactive fibers
✓ Restore glide between fascial layers
✓ Improve hip rotation
✓ Support joint hydration

Here’s how:

1️⃣ Sit on the roller with one ankle crossed over the opposite knee.
2️⃣ Lean slightly toward the side you’re rolling.
3️⃣ Move slowly. When you find a tender spot, pause and breathe.
4️⃣ Roll 3 minutes per side or more.

Foam rolling isn’t random.
It depends on why you’re doing it.

👉🏼 For chronic tightness: release first.
👉🏼 For post-workout recovery: roll after.

If your outer hips are constantly tight, tender, or pulling on your low back…
start with trigger point release BEFORE strengthening.

If you just finished activating them and you feel that deep burn…
rolling AFTERWARD helps calm tone, improve circulation, and support recovery.

But if you want bonus points, roll out your glutes before AND after your glute workouts.. even for 5 minutes.. and you will prevent injury and minimize soreness.

✨Save this and pair it with the outer glute workout on

Massage isn’t a luxury.
It’s nervous system care.

• Calms the stress response
• Reduces muscle guarding
• Improves circulation
• Supports recovery between visits
• Helps the body feel safe enough to release

When your body can relax, healing happens more easily.

Tight, clicking shoulders?
The issue isn’t always the shoulder joint itself.

When the tissues around the collarbone and shoulder stay tight, movement can feel restricted and clicking can show up.
In this video, I’m demonstrating a gentle cupping technique to help improve circulation, ease tension, and support smoother shoulder motion.

This is a simple, anatomy-based self-care approach I use clinically to help restore more comfortable movement.

⚠️ Educational only. Move gently. Avoid if you have vascular conditions or recent surgery.
