Having this yummy high protein ceasar for lunch. When I say high I was able to get 43.5 grams of protein. This salad is one my quickies it took me more time to make this post then to make the meal. vegan ceasar had me in a chokehold at one point. It is a go to when I am traveling or on the run. I grab it from . Now Just Egg has released a line of plant-based proteins up until today I have only tried the buffalo wings today I decided to try plain to top off my salad. a plant-based mushroom line that was super high in protein was my go to for this salad but it is no longer available at whole foods (insert big frown). The just egg chicken alternative is super yummy . Have you had any of this products.

I am trying something new . Giving you some of my hacks to get nourished on a busy day. All together this took my maybe 10 minutes to make and I am reaching. Also trying out new way to post so its more like in the moment not too polished. Let me know what you want to see next or need help wih.

2️⃣ Practice Mindfulness:

Day 1 of 21-day reset
After warm glass of water with lime we are having this shot to star ou day. I love making these shots it is great to reduce inflammation, boost your immune system and improve digestion. Recipe below

1 pineapple
2 sour oranges
1/2 cup ginger
1/4 cup tumeric

Add all ingredients in juicer and then divide in shot glasses.
Using REVO830
12 servings.

We have worked with well over 10,000 people last year. We currently have 27+ FREE or discounted monthly classes and workshops through Palm Beach, Broward, & Miami-Dade. This is thanks to partnerships with , , , (launching next month), , , , ,

We have been expanding team as we expand our reach. Our community is growing and we want to continue to create safe space for them to be well and connect.
