Hey girl, if your b***s feel like bricks before your period… this one’s for you 👇

Right before your period, your hormones (estrogen + progesterone) are doing the most.

The result? Sore, swollen, heavy b***s that look amazing but hurt like 💥😩

It’s called cyclical breast pain, and it’s more common than you think.

Here’s what could be going on:

1️⃣ Hormonal Swings — Estrogen stimulates breast tissue, and if progesterone doesn’t balance it out? Cue the swelling + soreness.

2️⃣ Water Retention — Shifts in hormones can lead to fluid buildup = that puffy, tender feeling.

3️⃣ Your Cycle’s Luteal Phase — The week before your period is prime time for breast pain. Your body’s literally preparing for pregnancy, whether you’re trying or not 😅

But you’re not powerless!
