What I’ve been UP TO💝🤎💟

- finished my first year of grad school which was (hence my little leave of absence )
-traveled with friends & family🌲🤎
-seeing clients through it all😗 (personal training AND for marriage and family therapy)
-running & working out 🥰🥰
-got my wisdom teeth removed haha not fun🥲
-praising Jesus because I’m in an answered prayer !!

Sorry I hopped off for a little bit! So many of you have reached out and checked up on me which I appreciate so much💕 I’m STILL HERE, still coaching, still thriving, but on a very very busy schedule…
School has ramped up a lot as I started seeing clients and studying with a full course load AND working, so I decided to take a break from posting because of the time that it consumes!!

But my summer is a bit lighter so you’ll start to see more of me:) love you all and am so excited to continue to grow this community of believers who also focus on their health & well being😇
