Transitioning into adulthood is a journey that no one has to take alone. At Omega Health Services, our H.E.L.P.S.S. program is designed to support high school seniors and individuals with disabilities as they prepare for life beyond school.

We focus on building essential skills for success, including self-advocacy to help students confidently express their needs, academic planning to create a clear pathway toward higher education, and career readiness to support meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.

Our goal is to help individuals move from the classroom into the community with confidence, independence, and purpose.
