We’re paws-itively thrilled to announce another edition of Paws & Pose, a yoga class that’s equal parts flow and furball snuggles. Join us next Sunday for the ulti-mutt mood booster!

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned downward dogger, this class will have you wagging your tail. Puppy yoga has been shown to cause glee-like symptoms and uncontainable joy.

Heck, you might even meet your new best friend! Our furry co-instructors are not just adorable — they’re also adoptable.

Proceeds benefit , an all-volunteer organization dedicating to rescuing dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia.

Children ages 8+ are welcome with a participating adult.
