Over the last three years, has searched high and low for outdoor places to flow. We’ve offered yoga on rooftops in Oceanside and Carlsbad; alongside a lagoon in Del Mar; on tennis, pickle, and padel courts; on grass and turf and in the sand. We love filling our lungs with fresh air and feeling the sun and breeze on our skin. There’s something special about hearing birds as you balance in eagle pose, fixing your gaze on a lanky palm tree.
There are times, however, when we miss the comforts of a studio. Temperature control! Soft lighting! Bolsters and blankets and straps, oh my! That’s why we’re delighted to introduce a weekly class at the new in Oceanside. Built with love by longtime teacher Danielle Fowler and flock, True Nature is a nest-like space with a bird’s eye view of the Buena Vista Lagoon. Starting in January, Delve founder will lead a Monday morning flow to set the tone for a swell week.

Expect a midtempo flow (not too fast, not too slow) with sprinklings of stillness and subtle practices. Think of it as a team meeting with your higher self — an opportunity to set priorities and celebrate wins — so you can step into your week with purpose.
