In all of my back pain cases, There’s one common theme I work through with patients
⚪️ Rebuild confidence with movement as efficiently(not quickly), as possible.

“But I was told to rest for the next two-three weeks by my doctor”

Cool, in MOST cases that’s simply not going to help you and if anything; make things worse when you try exercising again.

Working with a team of providers who have the same goal of getting their patients back to 100% and not fear mongering them out of appropriate rehab is paramount
