Sometimes, the most magical thing is when I have only a single person signed up for a group workshop experience.

Getting to focus solely on my client as she moved through the Solar Plexus was truly extraordinary.

I've lost count of the amount of times a participant has said they connected with a part of themselves that
they've either never met,
or they can't remember the last time.

So beautiful.

If you were wondering, I've been cocooning 🦋
..but today was so nourishing and beautiful, I just had to connect with y'all.

I haven't yet renewed my membership, but I attended a Saint Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce event for the first time in I think a year and a half 🤯

I had extraordinary conversation with friends and laid groundwork for a super cool collaboration (more to come 😉).

And I just finished a virtual session with a brand new client that really reminded me how much I love to TEACH!

The reasonable thing to do would have been taking a photo before I switched into my jammies...but damn the rules! 😋

I had an incredible experience today at Mind Body & Spirit Books and Gifts, creating my own Deer Hide Drum with Wayne Manthey Drum Maker, who was an absolute joy!

Sometimes the shifts from my sessions are big and bold. Others are more subtle in the moment.

My client texted 3 days after our session, asking if I could help her unpack a dream she had the night before.

It's not my area of expertise, but I worked it out with her.

❌ But even that isn't my point today...

She thanked me for taking time to help her with this, but...

✅ This is simply the type of ongoing support you get when you make a commitment to your own healing through working with me.

What happens between sessions is just as important (sometimes even more so!) than the magic that happens in my room ✨
