Yes! You heard that right, 80% of the nervous system is located in your head and can be influenced by cranial structures! Here at Grit Health and Wellness we specialize in SOT and cranial work. When cranial structures are restricted delayed, or misaligned it can affect respiration, cranial nerve function, autonomic balance, and overall neurological development. It’s amazing what cranial work can do for children and adults!!
