Every year, The J.A. Wedum Foundation, owner of Lexington Landing, provides us with funds to support nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact on residents and the greater community.

We were honored to make a $5,000 donation to Let's Go Fishing - Central Office, an all-volunteer organization with multiple chapters throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Their mission is to bring nature’s healing and well-being to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities — offering joy, connection, and restoration through the simple act of fishing.

We are proud to support a group whose volunteers dedicate their time and passion to enriching lives across our region. These outings create beautiful memories that our residents share not only with the staff who accompany them, but also with their families and friends afterward. One unforgettable moment was when a resident, who had never fished before, caught her very first fish. The excitement on her face and the smile she carried back to share with her children captured exactly why these trips are so meaningful.

A heartfelt thank-you to Let Go Fishing. We are deeply grateful for the inspiring work you do!

Each year, The J.A. Wedum Foundation, owner of Lexington Landing, provides us with funds to support nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact on residents and the greater community. We were honored to make a $2,000 donation to Neighborhood House.

Neighborhood House works with families to ensure basic needs are met and that everyone has access to free education programs. We’re extra proud knowing that some of our very own residents are active volunteers there!

A big thank-you to Neighborhood House for visiting Lexington Landing to share more about their mission, the services they provide, and the many ways our community can get involved. We are grateful for the meaningful work you do every single day!

Lexington Landing was excited to share our support for Alive & Kickin’ with a $3,000 donation on behalf of the J.A. Wedum Foundation, the owner of Lexington Landing.

This incredible group brings so much joy to older adults, including residents here at Lexington Landing.

Alive & Kickin’ visits us once a month for a lively sing-along that everyone looks forward to, and some residents have even gone to see their amazing performances in the community!

We’re so grateful for the energy, inspiration, and happiness they bring each month. Thank you, Alive & Kickin’, for all that you do!

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a heartfelt Veterans luncheon to honor the incredible men and women who have served our country, along with the spouses who have stood beside them. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with gratitude, stories, and community.

“A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.” — Joseph Campbell

To all our Veterans and their families: your courage, sacrifice, and strength inspire us every day. Thank you for your service. 💙❤️

A special thank you to SERVPRO for generously donating a delicious cake that added a sweet touch to our celebration.
