This class is for those wanting a gentle yet active yoga class, placing equal attention on strength and flexibility.

Join Reiki Master Heather Martz for a unique combination of Yin Yoga with the energy practice of Reiki.
✨ Self-Awakening Yoga® with Stacy - Thur 6pm, beginning 9/18
Experience the body’s own wisdom, release inefficient patterns, experience the free flow of prana and promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
�✨ Somatic Qigong for Embodied Ease with Courtney – Saturdays at 10:30am
Awaken the healing intelligence already within you with this sanctuary for your nervous system. Through gentle movement, breath, and mindful awareness, you will release stress, regulate your body, and reconnect with your natural state of ease.

This all-level, slow-paced class focuses on the alignment of each pose, strengthening and lengthening the body, centering the mind with breathwork and meditation, while targeting some of the common areas men feel tension like the shoulders and hips.
✨Sound Healing with Sara – Tuesdays at 4pm
Sara's guided sound healing sessions are designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.
✨Gentle Yoga with Deanne – Wednesdays at 10:30am
Slow, mindful, soothing and therapeutic. This class is perfect for those wanting a softer, more relaxed practice.
✨Ayurveda Yoga Flow with Deanne – Thursdays at 10:30am
Experience the holistic synergy between Yoga & Ayurveda in this flow style class. Yoga & Ayurveda are two complimentary systems of wellbeing that work together to encourage physical, mental and spiritual health.
✨ The Deep Reset with Brooke – Fridays & Sundays at 10:30am
Yin and Restorative yoga, blended with intentional breathing, make up this hybrid offering that helps you release physical and mental tension.
