I went to Trader Joe’s the other day and I was starving — which is usually when I grab random stuff.⁣⁣

But I found these grilled chicken bites with honey mustard and thought it was genius.⁣⁣

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠?⁣
𝘒𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺.⁣

Not to restrict yourself.⁣
But so you’re not negotiating with cravings when you’re tired.⁣

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐤:⁣

– 1 cup plain low-fat, no-sugar yogurt⁣
– 2 scoops protein powder (I use Ancient Nutrition)⁣
– 1–2 tbsp almond butter⁣
– 2 tsp vanilla⁣
– Pinch of sea salt⁣
– Stevia or a little honey (optional)⁣

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐥:⁣
– 4–5 squares dark chocolate (I used Trader Joe’s “Dark Chocolatey Things”)⁣
– 1 tsp coconut oil (melt together)⁣

Mix everything except the chocolate.⁣
Spread onto a silicone tray.⁣
Dollop and swirl the melted chocolate on top.⁣
Freeze about 30 minutes.⁣
Break into pieces and keep in the freezer.⁣

Simple. Satisfying. Ready when you need it.⁣

Creamy butternut squash purée 🤍

I used one whole butternut squash.
Roast at 400°F for about 40–45 minutes, until fork tender. No cutting, no peeling — just place it on a tray and bake.

Once it’s soft:
• Slice in half
• Scoop out the seeds
• Scoop the flesh into a bowl
• Mash

Add:
• ~1 tbsp butter
• 2–3 tbsp almond milk (just enough to make it creamy)
• Sea salt + pepper
• Garlic
• Umami powder

Mix until smooth and thick.

That’s it.

I didn’t feel fully at home in my body. I was constantly trying different things, thinking I needed the perfect diet or more discipline.⁣

𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.⁣

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.⁣

𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 🥕🍫⁣
Soft, filling, and perfect to keep in the fridge.⁣

This recipe makes 4 small glass containers. ⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
• 2 cups cottage cheese⁣
• 1½ cups almond flour⁣
• ¼ tsp baking powder⁣
• 4 eggs⁣
• 3 tbsp honey⁣
• 2 cups shredded carrots (or grab pre-shredded and skip the arm workout)⁣
• 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
• Pinch of sea salt⁣

For the chocolate swirl:⁣
• ¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate⁣
• ½ tsp coconut oil⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:⁣
Blend all the pancake ingredients until smooth.⁣

Pour evenly into 4 small oven-safe glass containers.⁣

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil (microwave works fine). Spoon a little on top of each one, then use a fork to gently swirl it into the batter.⁣

Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until a fork inserted in the center comes out clean.⁣

Let cool, then store in the fridge.⁣
They’re ready whenever you want something easy and satisfying.⁣

When my weekends get busy, I try to at least prep breakfast.⁣
𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 — even when everything else feels full.⁣

One of my current favorites: turkey bacon egg bites.⁣
They’re easy, protein-packed, and perfect for the week.⁣

How I make them:⁣
– 1 pack turkey bacon⁣
– 1 cup egg whites + 4 whole eggs⁣
– Chopped mushrooms & spinach⁣
– Sea salt, pepper, umami powder & garlic⁣

Pour into a muffin pan, bake for ~35 minutes, store in the fridge.⁣
Reheat in the morning and enjoy 🤍⁣

Simple prep, easier mornings.⁣⁣⁣⁣
