I know this sounds cliché… “the only thing that’s real is love.”

But I’ve been noticing this in my own life.

Every time I feel anger, frustration, or resentment… it usually comes from fear.

Fear of not being seen, not being understood, not having control.

And when I choose love instead—patience, understanding, just softening a little—something shifts in me.

I change a little.

I wanted dessert and this happened

I just wanted something sweet… and somehow this turned into a high-protein blackberry tart?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s creamy, a little firm, has that chewy almond crust, and honestly feels like something between a tart and a cheesecake—but way simpler.

Quick note: this one lives in the freezer (it softens fast), so it’s more of a grab-a-piece-when-you-want-something-sweet situation… which I’m not mad about.

If you have cottage cheese and frozen berries, you’re already halfway there.

Recipe below 👇



High-Protein Blackberry Tart (No Bake)

Crust:

* 1 cup almond flour
* 1–2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
* 1 tbsp honey (or coconut sugar)
* Pinch of salt
* Splash of vanilla (optional)

Mix everything and press into a silicone tray or small pan.
Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.



Filling:

* 1–1½ cups cottage cheese
* ½ cup frozen blackberries (slightly thawed)
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 2–3 tbsp yogurt
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* Sweetener to taste (stevia or honey)

Blend until completely smooth, then pour over the crust.



Optional swirl (for contrast):

* 1 tbsp cottage cheese
* 2 tbsp yogurt
* Vanilla + a little honey

Mix until smooth, add small dollops on top, and gently swirl.



Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing so it softens slightly and gets that creamy texture.

Store in the freezer and take out a piece whenever you want something sweet.
