Cuando llegue un hombre sano a tu vida…
Al principio no lo vas a reconocer.
No va a gritar pasión, ni caos, ni esa montaña rusa que confundías con amor.
Te parecerá “tranquilo”, incluso aburrido.
Porque no te llenará de mensajes cada minuto,
no te ahogará con celos disfrazados de interés,
ni hará de tu vida un carrusel de ansiedad.
Ese hombre tendrá sus metas, sus espacios,
y aun así, te dará un lugar en su mundo.
Te va a respetar.
Va a escuchar tus silencios,
va a entender tus ciclos,
y no te pedirá que seas alguien que no eres.
Un hombre sano no lleva máscaras.
No tendrás que esperar a que “caiga la careta”.
Será coherente: lo que dice, lo que hace y lo que siente… todo coincidirá.
Y no, no será perfecto.
Será real.
No vendrá a salvarte ni a que lo salves.
Vendrá a caminar contigo.
Ese día vas a descubrir algo más profundo:
que ya no atraes toxicidad porque aprendiste a sanarte,
que soltaste el drama disfrazado de pasión,
y entendiste que el amor no duele, ni roba la paz.
Ahí habrás roto el ciclo.
Porque una mujer que se ama y se respeta
solo recibe a quien hable su mismo idioma.

"These kids were literally praying," an emotional Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said at a news conference. "It was the first week of school. They were in a church. These are kids that should be learning with their friends; they should be playing on the playground. It's hard to put social anxiety into words. Sometimes it's just a blanket of anxiety that doesn't have a reason and sometimes I can pinpoint what's floating through my head. If I was trying to tell someone what it feels like, it's all of these feelings/thoughts/worries happening at once.
