Here's why you SHOULDN'T hire me as a coach:
-I don't have a PHD
-I don't have an exercise science degree (I studied business)
-I haven't spent 10,000 hours reading research papers
-I haven't coached hundreds of people yet
-I don't have 300k Instagram followers or YouTube subscribers
Here's why you SHOULD consider hiring me as your coach:
-I know how to help you shred fat, build muscle & get stronger sustainably (I've helped others besides myself)
-I know what exercises are most efficient for your desired outcomes and how to teach you them (helped plenty of other people learn them)
-I know how much of each food group you should eat to sustain your goal (trial and error on myself and through helping other people navigate)
-I'm friendly and not judging - I have had a crazy life too (reference my earlier posts)
-I know what it's like to have a crazy work schedule (traveling sales rep for over 5 years - finding the right foods for your goal is hard, talking to someone who has spent a lot of time navigating this subject may be helpful)
-I genuinely love talking about fitness, nutrition and everything in between - asking me for help all the time is not a burden it's my passion 😁
