We hosted a highly successful staff holiday party this year. It began with a Smash room experience and culminated in a gourmet seafood experience, followed by vanilla almond cake for dessert. Our office is comprised of a truly exceptional team of compassionate women.

Welcome to Brookside Family Medicine! We have a virtual check in option to speed up the process and ensure privacy when answering questions in preparation for your visit. You can also check-in ahead of time if you sign up for our patient portal. Pre-COVID we had a beverage station (tea, water, etc) to allow patients to hydrate prior to their visit. We hope to introduce this again in the future!

Did you know Dr. Graetz has fantastic painting skills? That's right folks -- she is both a top notch physician and artist! Several of the paintings in our office feature her artwork (in addition to other talented local artists).

We updated our building signs to reflect the times; just like this photo is reflecting the sun! The pale flowers out front are the perfect contrast to our bright blue siding. Welcome to summer!
