Celebrating Ms. H.’s Journey Home! 🏠

Ms. H. arrived at Liberty Pointe Rehab determined to reclaim her independence after a battle with Moyamoya syndrome. Through consistent physical and occupational therapy, she transformed her functional ability and regained the confidence needed to perform daily activities.
