After teaching tonight’s workshop, I remembered that every state we carry — calm, tension, kindness, hurry, presence — sends out a ripple.

Not in a poetic way… in a physiological way.

Your nervous system is always communicating.
Your energy teaches before your words ever do.
Your ripple reaches people you’ll never meet.

So here’s the gentle invitation I’m sitting with tonight:

If my body is the stone…
what kind of ripple am I sending into the room?
Into my relationships?
Into the world?

Not perfection.
Not performance.
Just awareness.

Because when you shift your internal state,
