Could be the words you’ve held back. That deep tiredness that lingers even after a full night’s sleep? Sometimes, that’s not physical, it’s energetic.
Our bodies are smart. They hold onto experiences, emotions, and even stories we didn’t fully process. They speak in aches, tightness, restlessness, or just that quiet feeling that something's off. This is your body’s way of getting your attention...not to frustrate you, but to ask for care. Sometimes what we need isn’t to push through, but to pause… to stretch, to rest, to breathe, to release. Whether that looks like movement, stillness, sound, or energy work, it’s about finding a way back into balance.
Whatever you’re holding, your body doesn’t want to fight you. It wants to work with you. And it’s probably been trying to tell you that for a while. We’re not always taught to tune in. Most of us are really good at powering through until the body steps in and says, enough. We hold space for that conversation between you and your body to actually happen.
