Grace…I had to give it to myself today. My yoga practice was sloppy and shaky. I felt out of sync the entire practice but I continued the movement. I finished, took a longer Shavasana, but still felt unsettled. I gave myself grace…I said “hey self this is just today and it’s ok”, and then…I put on my recovery shoes and took waterfall for 30 full breaths…I felt a shift about halfway through. I felt how beautiful giving myself grace can be. So muscle through the shaky stuff and give yourself grace to make it through, however that looks 🩵🩵🩵

Stir 4 tablespoons of rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 8oz plant milk and let it sit overnight then top with cinnamon, pecans and blueberries! Fiber, fat, protein, plants!

Who am I?

I am Jessica Winn a 200 RYT and 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I completed all of my training in Dallas, Texas with the Grow Yoga Teacher Training Program. I am certified and insured through the Yoga Alliance.

Why is Mindful Movement Yoga different from traditional studio yoga? Mindful Movement is different because I travel to your home to give client centered classes designed specifically for you. This type of practice is ideal for beginner students, advanced students that want to expand their practice and parents who want to practice with their children. I also work with special needs clients, children with sensory issues and behavioral issues.

I offer a variety of classes including but not limited to restorative, vinyasa and meditation. If you have any questions please reach out! Hope to see you on the mat soon.
