Happy New Year everyone! January seems to be a big reset month for most people and rightly so. No matter how committed we are, the holidays always throw us a couple of curve balls. So what kind of goals did you set for January? Here are mine:
1. Dry January because I love it! It reminds me of how good I feel without any alcohol in my life.
2. Get rid of all the chips and crackers that found their way back into my kitchen last month.
3. Eat more green things!
4. Be consistent at the gym
5. Organize my pantry and all my closets
6. Get back to planning my meals for the week! No more spur of the moment meals.
7. Find ways to save money at the grocery store.
8. Say the rosary more frequently because it brings me peace.
