Body By Brent’s Certified Personal Trainers work with clients in our private personal training facility or in the privacy of your own home. Our Certified Personal Trainers are committed to helping you reach your goals and become a success. We teach you how to develop attainable habits that fit your schedule and manageable for long-term results. This process involves us taking a close look at your

health history, training experience, movement assessment and many more factors. Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will design an individualized training program. The attention to detail featured in each and every program requires that we take our time to do it right. As a result, your individualized training materials will be provided upon return for your second visit. You will be closely coached through the entirety of the program by one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

We hear this all the time…

But that doesn’t make it any easier to believe when the scale isn’t budging, your energy feels off, or that “off week” turns into two.

Here’s what I remind my clients (and myself!):
👉 Progress isn’t about perfect days or constant wins.
👉 It’s about showing up, even when it feels messy.
👉 It’s about zooming out and remembering why you started.

Yes, there will be weeks where it feels like you’re stalling—or even going backward...

But that’s NORMAL. It’s all part of the process.

The key to sticking with healthy habits with young kids or with a busy schedule is to focus on what you CAN do.

It’s the small wins—the short walk, the extra glass of water, the effort to get to bed 30 minutes earlier—that build the momentum you need to keep going.
All those small “yesses” add up.

And before you know it—you’ll look back and realize just how far you’ve come.

What would happen if you put yourself first for the next 30 days? 👇

Most of us have a long list of to-dos every day…

And taking care of ourselves is usually last on that list.

But what if for the next 30 days, you…

👉Made sleep a non-negotiable priority, aiming for 7-9 hours every night

👉Took 15 minutes each morning for yourself - to meditate, journal, or just enjoy your coffee in peace

👉Or prepared a few, healthy make-ahead meals instead of grabbing quick, processed options?

It doesn’t sound like much, but if you start there and stay consistent…

You WILL notice a difference in how you feel.

Even on my busiest days, I will make sure I get up an hour earlier just to get a walk or some yoga in before I give the next 16 hours to everyone else.

So today I encourage you to start doing at least one thing from the list above, or something better.

You deserve to feel good!

Building a body your future self will thank you for doesn't happen by accident.

It's great to set the intention…

But the real "magic" happens when you take consistent action. For example:

✅ Prepping healthy meals for the week instead of relying on takeout when you're tired

✅ Scheduling workouts like important meetings rather than hoping you'll find time for exercise

✅ Prioritizing sleep and recovery instead of pushing yourself to exhaustion.

I remember when I needed to make a change, but it took me a while to get started.

I knew I wanted to help people get healthy, — but I spent far more time thinking about it than DOING it.

Finally, I started with just ONE post on my page letting people know that this was the path I was taking...

And now?

I get to help people change their lives every single day.

So remember, every small action adds up!

Resolutions are designed to fail. Yep, I said it.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why bother? I’ve never stuck to them before,” I want you to hear me out.

The problem isn’t you. It’s the idea of resolutions themselves.

Resolutions are usually all-or-nothing, overly ambitious, and built on guilt instead of growth. They push you from 0 to 100 overnight — and then leave you feeling like a failure if you slip up even once.

Here’s the truth: Growth doesn’t happen overnight! It happens in the small, imperfect, and consistent steps you take daily.

What if you did it this way instead:
👉 Instead of resolving to cut out all sugar overnight, you commit to adding one extra serving of vegetables to your meals each day.
👉 Instead of aiming for working out 7 days a week, you focus on moving your body in ways that feel good, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day.
👉 Instead of striving for perfection, you celebrate every time you show up, no matter how messy or imperfect it looks.

When I work with clients, we don’t chase resolutions. We build habits. Because habits don’t rely on motivation or willpower...

They fit seamlessly into your life, giving you PROOF that you can stick to something.

Our Story

Body By Brent (B3) is a private personal training studio designed for those looking to make a serious commitment to their long-term health. B3 provides clients with an unparalleled environment in which they can work toward measurable improvements both inside and outside the training facility.

Brent founded Body By Brent in 2011 with a vision to educate and provide the exercise tools to help people get into the best shape of their life.

Our exercise philosophy is that exercise should be specific to a person’s needs and goals and therefore an individualized approach should be taken when designing exercise plans.

With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, each client is provided with unique programming using the B3 proprietary method of training. The B3 method of training develops a balanced approach to fitness beginning with a strong functional foundation based on science.
