COVOID-19 has impacted every aspect of our lives. Work, child care and schooling, social interaction, finding safe ways to have fun...everything has become a challenge!
We're almost 6-months into the pandemic, and people are feeling desperate. My clients are saying these things:
- I can't sleep and feel exhausted all the time.
- I think I'm getting depressed.
- I'm not motivated to do anything anymore. I don't know what's wrong.
- I feel anxious and fearful all the time.
- I feel unbalanced and ungrounded
- I'm worried I'll never have my normal life back.

Part of my own healing during my most difficult times was learning integrative breathwork. I trained back in 2000-2003 at Kripalu with Dayashakti. It was so powerful and life-changing that I want to share this gift with you. I've found integrative breathwork to be the easiest, most effective tool for overcoming negative emotions. Learning how to use your breath can give you the lightness, openness, groundedness, simplicity, joy and clarity you're craving.
