Back by popular demand! This month, join us for three special evening classes with Vibha Mistry, who will be offering Chi Kri Yoga — a unique and spiritually rich style founded by Neil Patel of London, UK, a devoted disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. Yoga has been part of Neil’s family lineage since 1876, beginning with his great-grandfather who lived as a yogi in the Indian jungles.

Yoga translates to “using your highest energy to perform all actions with the purpose of uniting the soul with Spirit.” Vibha, who completed her training in this style in 2024, describes it as a beautiful blend of traditional yogic wisdom and modern influences. SEATED MINDFULNESS: Through mindful movement and breathwork—whether by forming yoga shapes or walking meditatively through the gallery—participants will experience a dynamic fusion of body, breath, and art.
