Vicki came to Yoga with a handful of DVD’s and the desire to increase her flexibility and strength. Though she enjoyed what she was learning from the videos, she craved more and sought out her first teacher. Through those classes, she quickly learned that this practice is far more than what she anticipated. She began to feel a shift physically, mentally and spiritually. Born to teach, she eventually decided this was something she wanted to share with others, enrolled in her first teacher training in 2008, and has been teaching Yoga ever since. She came to Ayurveda with life-long digestive and skin issues and found relief for the first time in her life by incorporating fairly simple dietary and lifestyle changes as prescribed by the teachings of Ayurveda. This inspired her to continue her Ayurveda education in order to share the teachings with others to facilitate their own healing using these ancient practices. Offerings
Vicki offers classes, workshops and one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations around self-care, diet, cooking, women’s issues, digestive issues, and Yoga.

One of my favorite places to visit: Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health

One of my (Vicki Garino ) absolute favorite teachers (and friends). Ayurveda Boston with Kate ODonnell

May 30-June I get to spend a WHOLE WEEKEND assisting Kate at her Ayurvedic Cooking Immersion - Cool and Calm Summer Foods. This will be a hands on, food tasting, beverage sipping, lots of laughs weekend!!!!!

The recipes are also fantastic for my friends in perimenopause/menopause who are experiences hot flashes!

Won't you join us for the weekend? I would certainly LOVE to cook with you!!!!!

Today I drove by a billboard on route 24 in Stoughton, MA that read, “Everything is going to be OK.“ That’s it… That’s all it said… No company name just a black background with white writing. I don’t know who’s paying for it, but it was very powerful to see. Sometimes you don’t even know that you need to see these words until you do. Thank you to the anonymous owner! 🙏 ❤️

☀️☀️☀️ It’s not too late to join Linda and I tonight at Rooted Wellness Company in Dracut for our signature class, Summer Serenity: Yin Yoga, and Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion.

All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary! Basically it’s 90 minutes of decadence to calm the nervous system and get you in a place where you can take whatever the month has in store for you with ease.
