Vicki came to Yoga with a handful of DVD’s and the desire to increase her flexibility and strength. Though she enjoyed what she was learning from the videos, she craved more and sought out her first teacher. Through those classes, she quickly learned that this practice is far more than what she anticipated. She began to feel a shift physically, mentally and spiritually. Born to teach, she eventual
ly decided this was something she wanted to share with others, enrolled in her first teacher training in 2008, and has been teaching Yoga ever since. She came to Ayurveda with life-long digestive and skin issues and found relief for the first time in her life by incorporating fairly simple dietary and lifestyle changes as prescribed by the teachings of Ayurveda. This inspired her to continue her Ayurveda education in order to share the teachings with others to facilitate their own healing using these ancient practices. Offerings
